Join UWSA by putting a sign in your window or yard to show your support for a just budget in Austin! As white members of the Austin community, we are demonstrating that we support the demands to defund the Austin Police Department, and fund communities instead.

• Make signs for your yard or window this weekend

• Send a photo of you with your sign to your council member

• Post picture on social media (if you use social media)

If you would like to pick up poster materials from a location in your City Council District on Saturday morning, we'll send you an address. If you have materials at home (recycle and reuse!) that will work too.
